@normaje16 it is actually a pretty comfortable fit. I have one & wear it bcuz of a previous back injury & I wear this to keep good form in the gym to prevent pain&further injury. It's adjustable with a couple rows of hooks so u can make it tighter/looser depending on how much compression u need that day. Just make sure to order ur right size & it'll be all good! I've gotten good feedback from previous buyers about the fit. It's easy To customize it with how you hook it together. Hope this helps

@critterfan I have one of these myself, and would never sell something that I didn't stand behind. These are effective, but not without some work. You will have to work out along with wearing it. The trainer aids with losing excess water weight and keeping your tummy from bloating. I also find that it helps me keep good form when I workout, making it more effective. This isn't a miracle worker, but it can definitely help you reach your goals.

@critterfan From your measurements, I'd recommend the 2xl, which I dont have in stock right now. I do have an XL which is one size down. It MAY be too tight. So keep that in mind. You can compare further against the sizing chart that I've added.
