If you're using the app, tap on the ID card in the bottom right corner until you see a list page and the first thing that should show up in the list is the Poshmark Guide and if you scroll to the bottom you'll find other Posh resources too like FAQs and the support center. Hope this helps!

vickyvista10 @veronicaroche Hello Veronica. The only way to change your filters is while you are in a search, you choose the "filter" drop down which is in the top left and you choose the attributes of what you want to look for. There is currently no way to clear all filters at once, so you will more than likely need to change your filters every time you search if you're looking for something specific. Hope this helped

katertot816 @vickyvista10 thank you so much. I am just trying to see what I can do better. I believe my closet is compliant and i share constantly but i have never been chosen as a host pick! I try to constantly follow ambassadors and I'm working on the shares to get ambassador status myself but it never seems to happen for me! Do you have any ideas? Thanks again!!

vickyvista10 @katertot816 Well first and foremost, I think you have a great closet. But honestly speaking, trendier items, particularly Boutique certified items and high end designers are more like likely to be host picks. Also, photos that are clear and that are styled have a better chance. And frankly, it took me nearly 4 years to get a host pick, and the item still took about a year after that to sell. I honestly don't see it as imperative to a successful closet.

vickyvista10 @katertot816 continued.....If you want to be an ambassador, continue to improve your metrics, but don't just focus on other ambassadors. Interact more with smaller closets, liking, sharing and commenting with them. Focus on successful sales and getting love notes. Have fun, that's the most important thing. Poshmark is very saturated so ambassador status won't come easy. Took me like 3 years. But just be diligent and dedicated to your closet and it will come with time.

vickyvista10 @tanyaleetorres Hey Tanya! Nice to see a fellow Atlantan here. My number one advice to Poshmark is to be patient and to have fun! I’ve been poshing for about 5 years now and there will be ups and downs. However to be successful, just make sure you remember to follow people, share their items, interact with people who comment and like your items as well.

vickyvista10 @tanyaleetorres cont...Also make sure the listing descriptions are thorough, adding any little detail. I like to add measurements, colors, brands, condition, & if I can find a picture of the item online, I use that image for clarity. The better your pics are, the more likely your item will sell. Make sure titles are dynamic but not lengthy. I usually just do Brand &color to make sure its to the point. You want to make sure people will actually click on your posting.

vickyvista10 @strudy Hello Tina. I provided an explanation in the cancellation request, you may have received an email. Essentially I had to cancel the order because Poshmark doesn't offer a shipping label that will support the weight of the item. And the USPS will not accept the item for delivery. Poshmark doesn't provide the label option for me until a purchase is made, so I didn't know until then. I apologize for the inconvenience.

vickyvista10 @strudy Yes, that is correct. I cannot send it to you because the Poshmark generated shipping label does not support the weight of the item. Anything over 5lbs needs a special label, and the luggage would be a little over 10lbs once packed. Poshmark does not have a shipping label that supports this weight per their agreement with USPS. I will not be able to sell the item through Poshmark to anyone, not just you.
