ceeshop Would an XS be big on a 23” waist?

brittanybao @ceeshop it would sit about an inch below the natural waistline- the fit shown on me is the xs on a 24” waist. The fabric is 100% cotton though so it may shrink up if you wash and dry on hot! If you really love it, it would be a really easy alteration and probably not cost you more than $8-10 at a tailor- something i get done all the time #tinywaistproblems :)
