@brittanybao I can only dream now of being skinny again but my hips are even bigger after having a baby so my entire closet and shoes all don't really fit. I had a ton of designer stuff I refuse to get rid of and my husband gave up the closet fight... Lol.... I love your style and look. Do you model? Your amazing love, keep up the work! @bton1268 thank you so much! I did model a ton when I was in my early 20s but now it's occasionally or if it's for my blog, a friend, or for free clothes... naturally☺️ oh nooo that's sooo sad!!! I had a similar thing happen with my shoes- stopped wearing heels for the most part for a year or two and lived in these hideous work clogs I had to wear cooking in a kitchen or comfey combat boots-

@bton1268 I SWEAR my feet got bigger or longer or wider or SOMETHING by about a half size which doesn't sound like much but when it comes to all my pretty dainty designer shoes it makes them juuuuust to tiny to be bearable... I still stuff my feet in them occasionally but it's no fun! Oh, and my husband lost all his closet rights the day he married me😂

Best thing to do would be to not accept the order and open a case under the reason that you received the wrong item- you’ll have to take a picture of what you got instead, the. @tkemeshopng I’m sorry Love but payment is out of my control and solely a Posh thing:( maybe double check your payments section in Posh and Make sure you don’t need to enter the security code on the back of your card or whatnot! Or maybe if you don’t use it online a lot it just got flagged for a larger amount and you’d just need to call the number on the back of the card to verify you authorized a purchase and they’ll unfreeze your card?

It’s been over a week and I’ve sent you messages and although it says you have been on you aren’t responding. The brooch I bought is a gift and you haven’t given any updates or anything. At least be courteous with your customers. You were even going to cancel my order until you found out it I was the same person. This whole transaction is not cool, I honestly trusted you as a seller. @chicbeaute87 sorry love, i was terribly ill with the flu- i tried logging on a couple of times but for a few minutes but honestly didn’t check my orders or messages before i just fell back asleep . I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and unresponsiveness, it’s truly not the way i usually run my closet, I’ve just been very sick

@chicbeaute87 please try to remember sometimes things happen in life that may prevent orders or communication- poshmark is not my full time job. My husband passed away suddenly a few months ago- i wasn’t on posh for over a month and got so many hateful messages about not responding because nobody considered i may be dealing with something. Just to put things in perspective- it was nothing personal, just a bad week for me and i do apologize

I understand things happens but it takes just a few seconds to check. You checked right when I cancelled but all week couldn’t let me know anything? That’s all I’m saying. I really wanted them item.
