ajresalellc @jaytaybry most people go down a size. The actual waist laying flat measurement is the same as low rise but they sit much higher on the waist and have a relaxed hip and thigh.

ajresalellc @torarvanous if you wear just regular low rise then I would go a size down in these. These are mid rise and relaxed. I don’t have any 29s in this style but I have a bunch of others available

ajresalellc @torarvanous yes because the waist laying flat measurement is still the same between Bootcut or skinny etc. for low rise rock revival styles. These have a very high mid rise so they will sit where your waist is typically thinner and the hip and thigh are relaxed so they have more room so most people go a size down in easy fit styles.
