New XS Off-Shoulder Express Top

XS Express Top, can be worn totally off-shoulder or one-shoulder. Elasticized all along the top. Billowy Dolman sleeves and stretchy waistband. This top is loose enough to fit a small or medium as well. It's short when worn, almost cropped- would look great with a pair of high-waist jeans, or lower-rised if you want to show a little skin. It's never been worn, only tried on, no tags.
