thepsychokitten @ladyjeta It’s like a thick bandage you can cut to size. Really helpful for those parts shoes rub against. I stick it to the shoe so it lasts, but in a pinch you can stick it directly to your skin. Will hold onto shoes for awhile. Will be around the bandaids section of store, doesn’t cost much!
