jjj9_4 @pshgth Hi!! SO Sorry I am so late responding to your question!!! I was on vacay for a month, and Im still getting caught up! Anyway to answer your question, yes, these are high-rise. They measure 11" from the seam at the crotch up to the top of the waist. It definitely depends on your body type exactly where they will hit, but that measurement should give you a good idea.
