Silver sequin special occasion gown Beautiful & SO difficult to photograhph!! The dress: 2 layers, form fitting thru torso and bust, loose @ mid to lower leg. Material is light & moves easily with U. I recommend Spanx as the material is thin. I was probably 10 to 15lbs too heavy for it when I took these pics, was tight in bust/arm area but U can see design better on a body. This was mail order, never tags on it, still in original shipping plastic Flat lay measurements: 18" pit to pit 16"under bust/natural waist 20"hip 50"down@Arm Pit to bottom hem Top layer of material is 8"longer in back Perfect for New Years Eve

nanasjewelbox @earpo do you know the measurement around your chest? I was wearing a 34DD at this time, though I had no bra on in this dress, and it was a little tight for me. I could have lived with that, but it was a tad tight around the armholes. And, to be totally honest, I was over 160lbs in this pic, so no matter what bra size you wear this will fit you better than it did me!

Have you measured yourself from your armpit to the floor? Then you'd know how high of a heel you need :) I will measure myself and get back to you :)

nanasjewelbox @coreyrineair hey there, have you measured yourself yet? from the armpit straight down to the floor will be the best way to determine if this will work for you. I measure 50" from armpit to the floor. I do not have long legs, in fact I feel they could be a few inches more, lol. Let me know your measurements! I can use it to see if dress will fit you

nanasjewelbox @coreyrineair I understand :) When I measured myself I was barefoot, so no lift from shoes. You know, the back of the dress is 8" longer, so if the front was as high up as your ankles, with a real pretty pair of heels, it would still look great. Like silver shoes with ankle straps, or a slightly gladiator look, either would look good, I think :) LMK

minnesotastar My concern is that my gift card doesn't cover the entire amount due to shipping. If after I type in the amount of the gift card ,the entire gift card amount may be lost when it doesn't cover the shipping fee,and a second card needs to be used to cover the shipping.

minnesotastar Yes thank you. I'm trying to figure out what the coverage on me will be, and that will depend on how long the shoulder straps are.I do see your point though. How about this, could you Measure where the straps just become straight? Straight being just about before the straps flow into the curve in the back and front. Plus maybe measure the full arm cut out circle . That will also help me determine if I'll have full coverage. I don't have the sewing terminology for this,so thank you in advance.

nanasjewelbox @minnesotastar I have no sewing terminology either, so I am right there with you!! Without being too personal, unless you have a very large chest I think the coverage will be good. As you see in my pic the dress was too tight on me, and looked perfect on the mannequin. She's a size 4/6 and I was a 12. So I had more cleavage than a person who is actually a good fit. You see I even noted that it was tight around the arms. This not a revealing dress at all. I'll see what I can do for you, BRB.

nanasjewelbox @minnesotastar so I added a pic for you. It shows the strap and the measuring tape. I measured from the top of the material at the armpit to the top of the strap. It is 8". Does that help?

minnesotastar Apologies, that question probably does need an explanation. My house has never had pesky little,shall we say "hitchhikers". However, I live in a city that has had some some difficulty with such things. It makes me conscious of such things and careful making purchases. Putting a sequined dress in the dryer for 30 minutes on high doesn't seem like a good plan. I have to go by information provided, and the person I am dealing with. I feel confident this would be a good purchase. Again apologies

While I still have the dress we could choose one and then mail the 2 items together. Or I can still put dress in mail today and we'll ship necklace out on it's own, once we figure out which one.
