jnew36 @liz27sam yes, it’s a solid diamond then smaller diamonds surrounding the large diamond. I think the clarity it on the tag, I’ll check. It’s in my safety deposit box, I might have more pics I took, if not I can get it Monday to take more.

jnew36 @wvski13 I only have the tag that's still on the item (purchased at an auction). I took it to my jeweler to confirm it's authentic, every diamond is 100% real. I'll check the tag to see if it provides the clarity and cut.

wvski13 @jnew36 Thanks. I’m shocked an auction can sell a diamond without providing that information and that your jeweler also didn’t give you the information. I have paperwork on one of two diamond rings I had and one I have $16,000 receipt for but I’ve brought them to 3 jewelers and they’ve looked at diamonds, told me they match up to paperwork or told me what color, cut and clarity was. Unfortunately the $16K diamond 2.13 carat princess cut is at most with $5,800.

wvski13 @jnew36 The perfect oval diamond I own, I was offered only $400 for bcuz it’s .81 (not a full carat) but it’s D (colorless/best you can buy) and VVS1 (best).

jnew36 @wvski13 they will give me papers, I just have to pay for them (my jeweler). I’m sure I had papers when I purchased the ring, that was a few years ago. I planned to use the diamonds to have a custom ring and pendant made, I have several antiques diamond rings and a watch that were my grandmothers, but my family wasn’t thrilled with the idea so I have this ring sitting.

jnew36 @justinewu1 the ring is 1.03 CTW, not 100% sure of the clarity. Now that I have the ring in front of me the center Stone is less than 3/4 (comparing it to my wedding set), the way the center stone is set with the diamonds surrounding the ctr stone it makes the ctr stone look like a full CTW. The diamonds are beautiful and sparkle, they’re not cheap diamonds but I’m sure they’re not top grade.

jnew36 @justinewu1 was going to have an appraisal done but the quote was 586.00, I wasn’t expecting it to be near that amount. If you purchase the ring and for some reason don’t like it you can open a claim and I’ll request to send you a refund, while the ring is beautiful and you’re getting an awesome deal I don’t want you to spend that kind of money and feel stuck if your not happy with it.
