Funky minidress from Forla Paris. 43/46/11 acrylic/poly/nylon knit. The body is like a sweater weight, but the sleeves are like a t-shirt weight. Tagged as a S, 35/30/36" before stretch, and it's 32" long. If it's too short as a dress, it would also look great over leggings. Excellent condition!
