jcmgag Laying flat & buttoned up & NOT stretched what are the inches across the waist? What kind of Boot....Signature, Easy, Relaxed, Standard, or just Boot? it will say it on the inside near the size number.

tina_hair @jcmgag no they do not let me measure again hun..... it was closer to 13 inches.... a tad past 13inches.... its a true 24 inches they have no stretch to them at all hun
