Laying flat & buttoned up & NOT stretched what are the inches across the waist? What kind of Boot....Signature, Easy, Relaxed, Standard, or just Boot? it will say it on the inside near the size number.

@jcmgag no they do not let me measure again hun..... it was closer to 13 inches.... a tad past 13inches.... its a true 24 inches they have no stretch to them at all hun
