Authentic. Navy blue. 1990 Cartoon Couture Collection.  Embroidered gold tone chain w/ medallion. High waist w/ rear zip, button closure.  Italian sz 40 is US 4 (tagged 6 in 1990) 12" across the waist, unstretched.  17.5" across the hips  12.5" rise.  29" inch inseam, with room to let down a little.  There are a few minor snags on the waist band (see photo) otherwise in beautiful condition. **These are consistent with markings left by suspenders or hangers.
