Bird design summer dress 👗

Spaghetti strap beautiful dress. Color is periwinkle. Really cute bird design through out the dress. Small mark on the front, probably just needs to be dry cleaned. Look at photo. Sexy opening on the sides of dress. Doesn’t have a size, but the mid section is elastic . I would say it is a size small-medium. 14inches across the bust, and 271/2 inches from top to bottom.
