Beautiful pink Halter top with black trim and flower design. The design feels soft to the touch like felt. Ties in back. In good condition. There's one small spot on the back where the fabric looks rough but it isn't to the touch. It is not noticeable at all. I have eagle eyes  Back is very stretchy but front measures 15.5" under the chest. Armpit down is 13".
