poshpainter @suzettemarcelo It was sent to you with a Poshmark printed address label on January 2nd. Apparently it was resent to you on January 15th. A notice was left on January 4th. Poshmark is aware of this and are working on tracking it. This has never happened to me before. I always ship items the day of the purchase. Tracking #9410810899359977380439

suzettemarcelo @poshpainter I moved and have notfied USPS. I have been receiving all my mails in our new address. I dropped by post office but they open at 10. Iam worried. wrote to Poshmark too. they dont seem to have a customer service number...do u happen to know it ?

poshpainter @suzettemarcelo Unfortunately, they do not have a customer service number. In fact I have been sending emails for weeks regarding this and they get back to me with the same message telling me to “hang tight as their team is working on it and a response can take up to 48 hours” Are UPS able to track it? One would think they would return it to sender or Poshmark!
