jahjahjewelry @crinaldi1 Ok .. we have big clasps no worry. Sorry to hear about your knee.. poor baby. My suggestion is 2 things.. maybe 3 -- Nettles tea helps repair ,ginger root will reduce inflammation -- scalar energy wands reduce pain - you can find them on Eby - I would by 2 of them when you get a chance.

jahjahjewelry @crinaldi1 also I can suggest if you cant do the scalar wand - you can get 2 selenite wands and circle your pain from both ends.. Selenite is very inexpensive and you can find it in long blocks or wands.. its very healing when you sandwich the area of pain between two wands. Ginger root is amazing - you cut it fresh or get 1b of it -- I used to use it fresh now I get it dried and it helps pain.

jahjahjewelry @crinaldi1 we make orgone or ogonite pillows.. some people sell them online .. I highly suggest that too for relieving pain and healing.. a pillow and some wands will give you extreme relief
