VTG 90s Halter Circle Flower Dress!

Gorgeous vtg rose flower dress. Has a thick band (halter) that goes around neck & zipper in back w/thick elastic for stretch. Circle bottom that flares. Fit & flare dress. Designed, My Michelle. Super bright! Has sort of a built in bralette, so you wouldn't need to wear a bra. Best fit a S/M or size 4/6. No seen flaws and gently used EUC. Reminds me of Marilyn Monroe. Pls ask any questions!
