rougelips @verohdz31 Thank you for your question! As stated in the description, the material has no stretch. But the waist is elastic, and the bodice has a surplice design, so the upper chest has some give. Large should fit 38C. For measurements, please refer to the reference chart in the photos :) Let me know if you have any further questions.

shanonsbabies I’m very heavy in my hips. I’m worried about the stretch. My waist is much smaller than the rest of me. I am typically a large top, but need to size up to 1x or 2x depending on stretch of fabric. Any thoughts on how this would work for me? I’m a 16/18 in pants. But 12/14 in tops.
