@theeye56 Hello! sorry for the delay, I wanted to find the bag to give you accurate response! the only part that is vinyl is the top section...straps and piece that folds over to clasp. the rest is silky elastic thread and the embroidered/ carpet bag material. thanks for stopping by 😷😁
