heather skater miniskirt

Heather gray skater skirt with a wide elastic waistband for a comfortable and flattering fit. Hits mid-thigh. Gently pleated; moves beautiful when you walk. The waist band is 13.5” flat (27” waist) and fits up to 30” according to the designer. Length is 15.75”. Nice thick material, no need for a slip or shorts underneath. 65% polyester 35% cotton. EUC, only worn once or twice.
