Beautiful. Soft. Billowy. Pleated skirt by Chloe. Color is seashell. A light tan/blush. 60% cotton. 40% silk. Two slight blemishes in front above pleats - see second to last picture. May come out if cleaned. Most likely will be covered up by top when worn. See last pic. When I first got this skirt it was too big. Now, sadly it is too small.
