vixendany @ezfinds Hi again! Ok, I just measured. Laying flat the waist is roughly 15" The back is elasticized, but not the front. I added an additional photo showing the back waist with a tape measure. Hope that helps!! Thank you and have a great weekend - oh yeah - Happy Halloween!!!
