ccheartsjanette @amberreliz8 Hi! The waist flat lay across is 14in ( 28in.) The bust flat lay across is about 22in ( 44 in.). The waist has an elastic band so it can be stretched to 24in. across. Please let me know any other questions you may have, these dresses didn't come with a size chart. So if you need another size measured, feel free to ask. As well, I have my own size chart provided on another post below. Thank you!!
