Can you measure across the waist, and the inseam please?

@niksicle inseam is 33” and waist is 15.5”. I attached a picture of the inseam because everyone measures a little differently. Let me know if any other questions!

Last question - do these have any stretch to them? Does the tag with the fabric content say spandex?
