nycvoguecloset @cooi hey hun. Top part of dress is 30-33” There’s an inner bustier inside. So once that’s on the pretty open. About 40”. Length is 56”. But if it’s too long have it hemmed and then I was going to use the extra fabric to make a scarf or headband ect. Or if you make this short the excess fabric can make another skirt. Hope that helps!
