Citizen of Humanity Jeans Ingrid #002 stretch Style# 002 -001 Cut 3930 Size 25 Measurements laying flat approximately: Waist - 13 inches Rise- 7 inches Inseam- 29 inches (altered) Leg Opening- 9.5 inches The style of jeans are labeled low rise/flare, however it looks like they have been altered/hemmed and so the leg opening is 9.5 inches which I would classify more as bootcut than flare ;) please be aware of measurements above.
