Pleated flower dress

Navy dress. Worn once. Side cut outs with blue mesh. Altered the straps to be tighter (I’m an A cup) and got two inches taken off the bottom. I’m 5’1” and wore 3 inch heels. It’s a size 4 but I’m normally a 2/small. Wear on chest area shown. Super comfortable for an entire night of dancing!
