susanbb23 @1107kaycarter Hi. The leather is in really good condition, no ripes, no tears, no thin areas. I live in Houston, so we don’t wear coats very often! 😉. Our coldest time is January and February, unless we travel. I am not sure when I bought this coat, however, I think it was bought at Dillard’s.
