condiala Those appear to be fashion disc cams and not top hat cams. It's hard to say what brand it might be, but it doesn't look like Singer.

condiala @luv_to_posh Elna appears to have only made fully flat cam discs. So they aren't for an Elna brand machine either. That's what the other commenter means. It appears Montgomery Ward made cams like this (they are top hat, I was wrong) without the lip on the top of the hat.
