@beinglolo no they do not run small. True to size.
They do have some stretch in the back material .I’m not sure how much. I will try to measure around the boot if that helps.

The mid shaft of the boot measures around 15inches I’ll post a pic. I pulled at the rear material it doesn’t have a lot of stretch.
