Hi.I am sorry you have not received your order yet. Due to the winter storm, our post offices have been closed for 5-6 days not counting weekends. I am confident that you should receive your order soon even though it is not tracking. I am in touch with my post office and they assure me it will work itself out. We have been without water, electricity, and people have literally been freezing to death. Thank you for your continued patience.
