Your Jessica Simpson sweater will be shipped as soon as USPS is running again. I'm in TX and we have no water and very sporadic electricity. Sorry with the delay. Hoping it will clear up tomorrow or Saturday. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi.I am sorry you have not received your order yet. Due to the winter storm, our post offices have been closed for 5-6 days not counting weekends. I am confident that you should receive your order soon even though it is not tracking. I am in touch with my post office and they assure me it will work itself out. We have been without water, electricity, and people have literally been freezing to death. Thank you for your continued patience.
