Black maxi has two long ties that can be wrapped, twisted, and tied multiple ways, including the styles shown in the photos. Fabric is a soft jersey, with an elastic waist. Sizes are S/M and M/L. The S/M is listed as a S, and the M/L is listed as a large. Sorry for the confusion, the manufacturer decided to produce this in only two sizes! texaslariat @threemagnolias Hi again, the waist measurements for the dress are - S/M 11", and M/L 12.5". Those measurements are taken with the dress laying flat, and the elastic waist un-stretched. I hope that helps!

texaslariat @uniquelyretro Hi, I have added the measurements to the description, I hope that helps! The length is the measurement from the waistband, the waist from shoulder measurement will change depending on the style you create.

I can ship to a US address, and then the item can be shipped internationally by the person at that address, but that would be a lot of shipping costs. The same can be done from Canada. ☹️.
