deb_morrison I have these in an 11/30 and they just slide off me. The circumference of the actual fabric at the top is more like 33. I’m guessing I’m either a 27 or 28. Would you mind buttoning these closed, then running a tape measure from the button to the side, across the fabric in back, and back to other side of button, and letting me know the circumference?

snickers924 @deb_morrison hi I'm not really understanding how u want me to measure these for u? i don't have a bendable (seamstress)measuring tape measure. i just have a regular tape measure.

deb_morrison @snickers924 I used a measuring tape on mine buttoned closed. Try taking 3 measurements laying flat buttoned closed 1 top/back width from side to side 2 width of the front kind of curves down and is wider. Start at the right side and measure left to where the fabric ends just left of the button. 3 lay your measuring stick at that same edge of the fabric, measure to the far left side of the front.

deb_morrison @snickers924 I’m basically trying to get a measurement like I’m running a string through the length of all the belt loops - the actual circumference of the jeans while buttoned closed and laying flat — not wearing them. Jean sizes run so different, that I wear different sizes in different brands.
