Bolero/Cape/caplet by Moth for Anthropologie Arms are poncho style. Size S/M (see tag) Ric Rac Trim all around to and bottom and bottom of arms. The colour of the ric rac is more gold than yellow. It's a colour that has a vintage look to it. I don't think I ever wore this...I never felt like I had the pieces to go with this. I did hand wash it in Woolite and air dry.
