Wtoo by Watters Effie Bridal Skirt in beautiful ‘moscato’ color (very pale blush) with playful horsehair layered hem. Altered from the original to remove the train and one layer of the underskirt. Photos reflect the alterations. Custom ordered in December 2018 and worn only for my wedding reception in September 2019 and professionally cleaned, in like new condition!
