rayellecoll Good afternoon. I am so sorry, I sent your belt to the person that bought the spanxs, I mixed your orders up. I contacted postmark days ago and also filed a claim that I sent the wrong item. I was under the assumption that they were contacting you, but not sure they did. I can send you and the other person prepaid shipping labels for 2 day shipping if you would like. I have yet to hear from Poshmark so I’m thinking I’ll go outside of them. Again, I am so sorry

mrkwtrs I purchased a YSL bag from you that took over a month to be delivered and you incorrectly listed the dimensions of the item. You listed the item as a large and it is only 13 inches wide and you listed it as 15.7 inches wide.

mrs_wags @mrkwtrs @mrkwtrs Dimensions are from the YSL website, I assume from the bag’s widest point with the vents expanded, not just the structured frame. Like all luxury items on Poshmark, the bag was shipped to Poshmark, validated by them, then shipped by their team to you. Of course, you/I/Poshmark can’t control the postal service. If you have a valid issue, please take it up with Poshmark directly, as there’s nothing I can do as a seller.
