This dress is beyond beautiful. It features a slip with a beautiful overlay in pink and blue, with a silver glimmer woven through. There are ruffles in the full skirt and it drapes beautifully. It was a MAJOR treat to myself when I bought it - that tag is the US price... but when I went to wear it I had lost some weight and it is now too big.
