VTG 90s purple floral print dress by DBY. Features wide tank straps and cut out key hole back with tie at the neck. Has a raw cut hem from the previous owner, assuming this used to be a maxi dress that was cut to a midi length. Marked as a 9/10. Would best fit women's M/L. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27).
