vickibennett1 I had bought a backpack like this from you and I thought it was the large one but it was actually like a medium size. I bought it for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she said it was smaller than what she had thought and really wanted the bigger on so I was wondering if I could swap the one I bought for the larger one.
