verycampy @Erie Island Hi, are the colors closer to 1st photo, or the remaining? Is this soft to sit on? Considering for antique daybed cover. Thanks!

schindlerfabric @verycampy hi! The first photo is what it is closest to. The others were taken with a digital camera, from far away, and the first one was taken with an iPhone. It would be nice for a daybed, it is a pretty sturdy, but comfortable fabric, for upholstery projects ;)

g_press Could you, please, let me me know the number of double-rubs for this fabric? Thanks!!!😎😎😎

schindlerfabric @g_press hi, not exactly sure on this one because it was a manufacture buy out we got it from, but comparable to others that are 45,000 double runs and above. Probably 45,000 to 50,000... it has a decent texture, without being too stiff like the fabrics they use in restaurants, etc.

Jan 31Reply
jgerald2005
jgerald2005 20" across x 18" width of the cushions i have 3" 'thickness ok, so that would be 12" total to cover 4 sides of one cushion? wish my mom was here

schindlerfabric @jgerald2005 hi! You can get the scotch guard fabric shield spray from Lowe’s or Target - it is pretty similar to what we use for our customers cushions/ furniture. However if it will be outside 100% of the time and you want it professionally treated, there may be someone in your area that could do it. Assuming since your in LA, probably some options there :)

schindlerfabric
schindlerfabric @jgerald2005 if you would like the patterned centered and the same on the 4 cushions, probably 2 yards you would need since the repeat is 20” by 24” and the width is 56” on the fabric... you should be able to get 2 seats out of each yard (width wise)

jgerald2005
jgerald2005 @schindlerfabric ok, i will have a friend visit later today to ck out my measurements. if i wanted to have the thickesness of the seat more than the cusions which came with it... The 2 yards will handle that siuation since i the fabric pattern width is 54" ?
Jan 31Reply
schindlerfabric
schindlerfabric @jgerald2005 yes :) even with the 3 inch width you should be able to do it with 2 yards... but we always say measure twice, cut once - so might help give a second look if you are able to have a 2nd pair of eyes on it with your friend
