his_majesty @janinereedy hi Janine , I’m sorry the zipper is giving you an issue . the boots are brand new . Can you please send me pics or tell me more why the zipper is jammed .. maybe the fur fit in the way ? Can you please try to clear the zipper rail and try again.

janinereedy yes I did everything possable itwont unzip and I dont want to break the zipper by pulling to hard it won't unzipp
