@summerk1203 I think poshmark release the funds automatically once the shipping start tracking or get received by me . I don’t control releasing the funds , sorry I never had this issue before so we are all learning :). Should be all settled in few days

@his_majesty poshmark support said that you will have to issue me the refund. the boots are mailed already so you should get them in a few days, if you want to skip the refund process and just mail me the correct pair, I'd greatly appreciate making this process faster.

@summerk1203 hi, you get the refund from poshmark once i accept the return , buyer or seller don't control money or funds . I have no access to your bank to issue you a refund but poshmark does. the whole refund is one process. now getting the boots is different process, you need to actually purchase the boots again so poshmark gives me the label to ship it to you . sellers dont make their own labels as you know , its provided by poshmark . returning and buying 2 independent processes .

OMG. I love your sense of humor! Question.... If poshmark was your idea , why did it take you until twenty twenty to become a posh ambassador? lol. I have mainly sold thru Etsy, but now fees are often over 22% (12% fee if buyer finds me thru google.....even previous buyers...AND anything they buy for next 30 days). are you on other platforms?
