lilanastasia @nannw13 Hi! When we adopted her they told us she was part rag doll and part Persian, lilac smoke. She’s very vocal and wants to be close to us, which I think are Rag doll traits. Do you have pics of yours in your closet?

nannw13 @lilanastasia One of my Ragolls (Bailey) is the photos that promotes my “Do-it-Yourself” Items for sale. I have not yet figured out how to use the other one (Xander). I also have a Maine Coone and his picture is my “Meet your Posher” image. It is pretty easy to figure out that I am a major cat lover.

davinamarie9 I have 7 kitties. But my Newton Earl is the prince. His tail is just amazing. (Though it caught on fire for a second in December by him walking too close to a candle😳). The patch is almost totally grown back now though!!

lilanastasia @davinamarie9 Oh no! I didn’t even think about the possibility of that happening 😥. I’m glad he’s getting better. Poor guy! I grew up on a farm and we always had lots of kitties. My Mom loved them so I’m sure that’s where my love comes from. That’s awesome that you’ve given 7 of them a home!

1dayatatime020 @lilanastasia Awww, thank for that! Since I have a background in retail sales, my memed posts reflect as if I still worked at a brick-and-mortar store. My mom has Ragdoll kitty; she's black and white; and her name is Smittens! Is it true with your Ragdolls, as it is with my mom's, that once you pick them up they go limp in your arms?

lilanastasia @1dayatatime020 Anastasia is part Persian and part rag doll. She does go limp when I hold her. She has a very sweet disposition but is very vocal which can be very inconvenient at times!😳

1dayatatime020 @lilanastasia I know how that goes! My Richard-Joseph is very vocal as well but, unfortunately, it's because he was abused during the 1st four weeks of his life. I got him around 4 weeks old and still has PTSD to this day from that abuse! My Smokey-Taurina is the opposite; she is a very chill cat, content on sitting on the couch looking out the window!

lilanastasia @1dayatatime020 I hate to hear he was abused. We think Anastasia was before we adopted her too. It took her quite awhile to trust us. She is still very distrustful of strangers. I grew up on a farm and we always had a lot of kitties and we usually had to tame them but this was different. Our son recently rescued a puppy and he was abandoned. 😥

1dayatatime020 My heart is breaking knowing that Anastasia was abused and your son's puppy was abandoned. My nephew works as an animal control officer and he says that sometimes he wishes that he could just yell at these owners who treat their pets so badly, horribly.

lilanastasia @1dayatatime020 I don’t know how people can be so cruel to animals. I’m so proud of my son…he is taking such good care of his puppy! He named him George and it’s so funny, he looks like an old guy! He is going to be big…He’s part Great Pyrenees and part Great Dane as well as some smaller breeds (he had his DNA tested). The vet told him he will probably be about 160 pounds when mature.
