lilanastasia @lindapgibbs Hi Linda, I responded to your earlier comment. It was not damaged when it left my home. As I told you in my thank you note I included with the bag, I inspected it when I carefully wiped it with an antibacterial wipe. I reviewed my pictures I had posted and I cannot see any damage on the bag. Was there damage on the box which could have occurred during shipping? I wrapped the bag in tissue to protect it during shipping and carefully taped the ends of the box.

sandydallison @lilanastasia yes, German town of wonderful things as mushrooms & wine are their plus so much more antique valley town alone the river as if your stepping back in time to the countryside of Germany for real. Enjoyed my time their as well in Germany such a clean country. My sons studied over seas so visited them and saw 9 or 10 country was good before 911 as had to work that with FEMA.

He said there’s about a dozen restaurants in the area including a Steakhouse across the street from him so don’t think we’ll starve! I haven’t seen him in about a year and three months. He moved from San Francisco to Dallas about 6 weeks ago. He got COVID about 2 weeks after he got to Dallas. We were going to go visit him but couldn’t after he got it. He’s doing fine now but had a couple of rough days.

We got covid in my family too, back in June! It was bad, well for me it was worse, I was sick for a month but thank God I didn’t have to be hospitalized! The Winters can get brutally cold in January-February which in my opinion is the worst! It really is a great place to live except for the weather extremes. (Warren Buffet never moved and he could live anywhere!)

lj61 @lilanastasia Ya i guess if u are born and raised in a state your body is acclimated to the weather but if I was to move there I’d probably die from vitamin Deficiency from the cold weather Lol my blood is so thin and use to extreme heat. Here in Palm Springs it’s pretty much summer weather 365 days a year.

lilanastasia @lj61 Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever acclimated to the weather here! I have to take a vitamin D supplement and when we built our last house a couple of years ago we put huge windows in! It really helps my mood in the Winter. My husband and I always wanted to visit Palm Springs but never made it! My husband was born in Martinez, Ca. and our son was in San Francisco till last September…he moved to Dallas.

Oh my, you need to come visit here during our winter months, and best yet you have a posh friend to visit 🤗 Me👍 I’ve lived in California all my life, Born and raised in the SF Bay Area hated the gloomy weather there, love it here in So Cal better for my health. Winter months are the best with 70’s to 80’s but we deal with the snow birds here as it’s resort life a vacation Hot spot.

lilanastasia @lj61 You are so sweet! I would love to come visit my friend!! I really do take a D3 supplement. My Doctor put me on it a few years back because my level was low. I guess it’s a common thing in the Northern part of the Country. My In Laws lived in the Bay Area in the 50’s but when they had their 4th stair step child they moved back to Nebraska. My FIL worked for his Parent’s business. We’ve been as far south as Carmel and then San Diego oh and visited LA once too.
