Blue and White Cotton Love In Tunic

This blue and white cotton Love In tunic works as a dress by itself or a tunic over jeans or leggings. It even has pockets! Tag says small, so it is supposed to be oversized. However, I'm a L/12, and it fits me loosely. EUC except for one very faint discoloration under the arm (see photo). Can't be seen when worn.
