maggiek01 @ck1booth Hello there! I would say an extra large. The tag has been cut off but I am a 36 D on top and it fits me great. The model is tiny, so it is bigger on her. It depends how you want it to fit. Also, the scarf has since sold so that is no longer available. Hope that helps!
