@theat6 we’ve come a long way since even the mid 2000. Toronto anyway has all the shops nowadays but not all of the pieces. I guess it reflects Canadian buyers. I’m in Ottawa now and we couldn’t sustain either a Holt Renfrew or Nordstroms.
I used to live in Windsor and driving to Troy was a treat :)

@bougiesusieshop yes 100% for example there do not exist brands as Blumarine, Ermano Scervino, Franceso scognomiglio, Jenny Pacham, Zagliani, n21, Alberta FERETTI, Temperley and similar.. I know all Canada market cos I used to work in fashion industry and we have our condo as well in Toronto so Canada is very very limited and the reason is ppl won’t buy that even if they come cos weather is not good and fashion is not important here at all…

In Italy, France, Spain, Greece etc they do care for fashion so much and they judge you if you don’t look good. Cos they think every girl needs to look like lady and be treated as lady

@bougiesusieshop and to be honest that’s make sense sometimes cos men’s are real means and they treat them much better than here… but it’s ok Canada is different and who likes it like 👍 and who don’t not and that’s it.
We all have choices it’s important to choose them.

@theat6 well, that’s so true. We’re freezing our butts off here for half of the year. It’s impossible to look fashionable when you’re in snow boots.
I spent a few weeks in Spain last October. I think that’s my future home. All the women no matter their ages were stunning. Just put together and not overly done either. I was checking out 70 year olds who had on just beautiful dangling earrings and dresses. Wow
