Blue halter dress

Condition: excellent, washed and tried on but never worn Info: Halter dress that ties around the neck and has a flowy bottom and lace-up front. 88% rayon 12% spandex so it has a lot of stretch. Fabric is thin, but I don't think you can see undergarments through it. Story: I got this from Charlotte Russe. I intended to take it with me on a trip to Austin, TX but ended up leaving it on my bed, and it didn't get packed. 😢
